Test regulated flows without touching customer data
Banks, insurers and distributors can find where customers get stuck in advice and purchase flows before launch, on a test or staging environment with test data.
Flows we test
Scenarios come from real advice and insurance journeys in European financial distribution:
- Suitability questionnaires and the summary that follows them
- Client consent, and a client who declines the recommendation
- Execution-only orders
- Online insurance purchase, for example car and travel insurance
- Failed payments and retry after an error
These are the places where a small interface problem becomes a lost customer or a compliance question.
How we keep it safe for internal systems
- We test on a test or staging environment with test data.
- No password fields: access is agreed with you first.
- Reports are visible only to the people you authorise.
- A person on our team reviews every report before you see it.
- Validator is separate from other emable products and data.
For an enterprise pilot, before any test of an internal system we agree isolation, network access, data handling and retention with your security team.
Why simulated testers for this
Real usability studies on regulated flows are slow to set up and often need test accounts, consent and scheduling. Simulated testers let you test earlier and more often, and cover edge cases that are hard to recruit for. They do not replace a study with real customers where one is required. They tell you where to look first.
Questions, not only screens
You can also ask a described audience about a concept, a name, a message or an offer. Simulated personas answer a questionnaire and you get a verdict of GO, CONDITIONAL or NO-GO with reasons and every answer. We label this a simulated survey.
